Hello, my lovely community of romance aficionados!
My third adult rom-com, Pot Shot, releases May 19th! I’ve heard that copies have started to appear on tables at over-zealous Barnes & Noble locations, too!
If you missed the news on Instagram, I finally announced the coolest thing to happen to one of my books ever: Pot Shot made the top 25 books of June Indie Next list by the American Bookseller Association! This means that of the thousands and thousands of books publishing in the last half of May through June, indie booksellers around the country nominated my book so much so that it ranked in the top 25 books coming out! Making Indie Next is huge, and making it in June, one of the hardest months because of the big summer releases, is even more amazing. Thanks to this, copies of Pot Shot will make their way to indie bookstores all over the country that heretofore, have never even heard of me! The exposure is amazing, and I’m so, so grateful to all the wonderful booksellers who read Pot Shot and loved it so much.
There’s still time to preorder Pot Shot if you’d like some extra goodies! You can preorder from Kiss & Tale if you’d like a signed, personalized copy, a custom dust jacket, and a sticker sheet! Preordering helps authors SO MUCH! My best chance for Pot Shot to make any bestsellers list is the first week, so help me get there by ordering a copy or five!!!
If you’d like a signed copy (bookplate) with an adorable joint clip, lol, you can preorder from Slow Burn TN in Tennessee! They’re collaborating with the amazing Clara Jane dispensary located in Nashville, which wow, don’t fully understand how that’s legal, but very excited to know about!
But! If you can come see me in person during launch week, please do! I’ll have the same preorder goodies from Kiss & Tale with me for all my stops that week, so you can buy from the event bookstore and still get a treat! Most of my stops are ticketed, though, and one has already sold out, so please hurry and get your tickets soon!
I’d especially love to see y’all at The Ripped Bodice in Brooklyn! We have a dispensary partner, Gotham, which is woman-owned and amazing, who’ll be providing goodie bags! And if you’re local to me, please come to Doylestown! It’s not ticketed, and I would love to see you there as I’ll be with the amazing Ellie Palmer!!
If you’re one of my lovely readers that live elsewhere, don’t be too sad! I’m doing a ton of events in June, July, and then again for the Doomsdate tour in September! The chances are good I’ll be coming to your neck of the woods soon!
